Discovery with the delivery team
The first call and the diagnosis are led by whoever is going to build, not an intermediary account executive. No strange handoffs between sales and delivery, no losing context in transition.
We operate from Mexico City serving clients in Mexico, the United States and Canada. The team that diagnoses is the team that builds — no awkward handoffs between sales and delivery.
Origin
Nido Web came out of years of experience in Salesforce and software engineering for mid-market companies — implementations, integrations and internal products that no one sees but that hold operations together. We started this practice because we saw a pattern that bothered us: the consultancy where discovery is led by an account executive, the proposal is built by someone who will never touch the org, and delivery ends in the hands of a junior team that picks up context by reading notes. That chain produces generic SOWs, sprint-3 surprises and platforms that age badly. Nido Web operates differently: the team that diagnoses is the team that builds, proposals reflect the real org we saw in discovery, and code lives in your repository from day one. No handoffs between sales and delivery, no inflated marketing, no promises that don't hold up at close.
How we work
Clear engagement model: discovery is led by the team that will execute, the proposal reflects what we saw in that session, and execution is reviewed by the same team. If a sprint requires a collaborator with a specific certification, we tell you up front and the account stays with us.

We quote, sign and stand behind scope. Each proposal reflects the real org we saw in discovery — not a generic SOW copied from a previous client with find-and-replace.
We touch the code, configure the org and review every deliverable. When a sprint requires a collaborator with a specific certification, we tell you up front and the account stays with us.
Clear deliverables, documentation for your internal admin, and a walkthrough session with stakeholders. If you decide to continue, there's a retainer; if not, you keep everything you need to operate without us.
Capabilities and certifications
The certifications below are held by the Nido Web team, obtained by exam and renewed annually. For specific scopes we bring in collaborators with the matching certification; we tell you before starting the sprint and the account stays with us.
Base certification — user management, security, declarative automation and reporting. Renewed annually.
Design and development of declarative apps on the platform — data model, business logic and UX. Renewed annually.
Where we work
We operate from Mexico City in UTC−6, aligned with most of North America. We serve clients in Mexico, the United States and Canada — bilingual (Spanish/English), invoicing per client jurisdiction. We can travel on-site for discovery or key closes; the rest of the work is remote, with follow-up sessions over video call.
What we won't do
Saying no to a project when there's no fit is part of the job. This list saves you a call if you fall into one of these patterns.
We don't take on engagements where the client expects a signature without effective participation from the team. If the scope doesn't require our time, we'll recommend someone who fits.
We're not a broker. If you need a team of 10+ people, we'll recommend a certified partner and help you evaluate them. We operate at a scale where we can sustain quality.
For small standard sites there are cheaper and faster options. Our time is only justified if the site or system is custom and has real technical complexity.
We don't kick off projects without discovery. If we can't sit for 60–90 minutes to see your operation, there's no honest way to quote. No discovery, no proposal.
